Return & Refund Policy – NEELOFARS

At NEELOFARS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return if they receive a wrong item, damaged item, or defective product.

  • Return requests will be reviewed and accepted within 2–3 working days.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Used, washed, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

  • Refund amount will be transferred through Bank Transfer.

  • Customers must provide correct bank details for refund processing.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for returns/refunds will be borne by the customer.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund:

  • Used products

  • Washed products

  • Products damaged by customer misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging/tags
