1. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return if they receive a wrong item, damaged item, or defective product.

Return requests will be reviewed and accepted within 2–3 working days.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Used, washed, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Refund amount will be transferred through Bank Transfer.

Customers must provide correct bank details for refund processing.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for returns/refunds will be borne by the customer.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
